Cookie Policy

Tixy uses a handful of strictly necessary cookies and nothing else. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no social media trackers.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Websites read it back on later visits to remember things like whether you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, can do the same job without a cookie.
The cookies we set
All of these are “strictly necessary”: the service cannot do what you asked without them, so UK law does not require us to ask permission before setting them. We show a notice the first time you visit so you know they exist.

The Stripe cookies appear only on pages where the card form is shown. Stripe describes them in its own cookie policy.
Browser storage
While you create an event, your progress through the steps is kept in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not lose it. It is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device. If you turn on sale notifications, your browser keeps a push subscription that you can remove in its notification settings.
What we do not use
- No analytics or measurement cookies (we do not use Google Analytics or similar).
- No advertising, retargeting or affiliate cookies.
- No social media buttons or embedded content that set third-party cookies.
If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting anything new.
Managing cookies
You can see the notice again at any time: . Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking ours means organisers cannot stay signed in and payment will not complete, but event pages will still display. The ICO’s guide to cookies explains how to change settings in common browsers.
